WE'VE GOT ANSWERS

Clarity for Your Mind

Have a question about attending one of our events? Find everything you need to know below. If you don't see what you're looking for, you can always email us.

Do I need prior experience to attend?

Not at all. Our events are designed for all levels, whether you are beginning your journey or deepening your practice.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle. All necessary materials, including mats and bolsters, will be provided for you in the space, unless otherwise specified. Optional extras would include things like an eye mask for gong events and your notebooks for talks and workshops.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans change, but all tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. All bookings for She's Lost Control and MoreYoga are handled directly with the spaces, so please contact them if you have any questions on those specific events.

Are your events suitable for solo attendees?

Absolutely. Many of our guests attend solo and find it a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a warm, welcoming environment.

Are there any times you should not attend a gong bath?

Absolutely. Gong baths and sound meditation can be deeply relaxing experiences, but they may not be suitable for everyone.

Please contact us before attending if you:

* are in the first or last trimester of pregnancy

* have epilepsy or a history of seizures

* have severe sound sensitivity

* have recently undergone surgery

* have significant hearing conditions that may be affected by sound

* have severe or unmanaged mental health conditions

* have any medical condition where prolonged relaxation or vibration may not be appropriate.

* If you wear hearing aids or use medical devices and are unsure whether participation is suitable, please seek advice from a medical professional before attending.

You are welcome to leave the room or take a break at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
