Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT is a complementary stress-management technique that combines gentle tapping on acupuncture points with focused attention.
Although many people find EFT helpful for reducing stress and improving emotional wellbeing, individual experiences vary and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
Before taking part in EFT
Please let us know before your session if you:
* are currently under the care of a psychiatrist or mental health crisis team
* are experiencing suicidal thoughts or are in immediate crisis
* have experienced psychosis or episodes of losing touch with reality
* experience severe dissociation
* have recently experienced significant trauma and are not currently receiving appropriate professional support
* have epilepsy or a neurological condition that may be affected by heightened emotional responses
* have any medical or psychological condition that may affect your participation.
In some situations, we may recommend working alongside your GP or another healthcare professional before beginning EFT.
If you become overwhelmed during a session, please tell us immediately. Sessions can be paused or adapted at any time.

Gong Baths, Sound Healing & Meditation
Gong baths and sound meditation are deeply relaxing experiences, but they may not be suitable for everyone.
Please contact us before attending if you:
* are in the first trimester of pregnancy
* have epilepsy or a history of seizures
* have severe sound sensitivity
* have recently undergone surgery
* have significant hearing conditions that may be affected by sound
* have severe or unmanaged mental health conditions
* have any medical condition where prolonged relaxation or vibration may not be appropriate.
If you wear hearing aids or use medical devices and are unsure whether participation is suitable, please seek advice before attending.
You are welcome to leave the room or take a break at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
